David M. Keith
Founder
David M. Keith is an education consultant with over 30 years of experience in high school and middle school science instruction, school administration, and the teaching of university-level science research techniques at the high school level. He has served as a Chair of science for a lighthouse school district on Long Island, NY, and as the director of an internationally awarded advanced high school science research program in Westchester, NY. David holds degrees in psychology and science education, and holds multiple teaching credentials in New York and Washington states. He has trained in leadership and in the fostering of interpersonal community. David meditates and sails, and is an avid fusion dancer. He is presently enjoying the restoration of a 1973 Camaro.

Jess is a science department chair for the Great Neck Union Free School District, a lighthouse public school district on Long Island, NY. She helped start their inclusion science program, and has personally instructed the majority of courses and grades offered by her department. Her extensive work with special needs students has brought her great joy and an appreciation for the difficulties that some must overcome to earn an education. Jess has also served as chair of the Board of Directors at the Shalom Mountain Retreat Center in Livingston Manor, NY. Jess believes that her involvement with EARN is broadening and enriching her work with those who strive to better themselves through education. Her strong belief in personal responsibility is very much in alignment with the philosophy of EARN.

Tina brings to EARN extensive experience from the public sector as a team leader in pharmacovigilance and clinical and post-marketing drug safety. Tina is passionate about promoting patient advocacy, and believes that education sets the foundation for self-reliance and personal responsibility. She is excited to be a part of EARN’s Board of Directors, where she brings her boundless enthusiasm and support for folks who are committed to improving their own lives. In her spare time, Tina enjoys meditating and running, and can be found enthusiastically cheering on her daughter at basketball and soccer games.
